Shipping policy

Shipping: 

Our shipping method is clear and straightforward, as we currently only deliver within the U.S.

To ensure efficient delivery, we also have a dedicated warehouse located in the U.S. for additional shipping support.

* Delays from the shipping courier may affect the given timeframes for shipping

* We determine the courier service at the time of delivery based on the most efficient option for each customer's location. Our goal is to ensure that the package reaches its destination within 6 to 10 business days from the time of purchase. Our expected delivery timeframe includes the 1-2 day processing plus the 5 to 8 business day shipping, thus resulting in a 6 to 10 business day delivery from the time of purchase.

- We are currently processing orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

- All orders that are placed on weekends will be processed during the next business day.

- Our shipping couriers UPS, USPS, and FedEx do not support PO Box delivery.

- Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. 

- We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number to stay up to date on the status of your package. Deliveries may require a signature, so we recommend that you are at the agreed shipping address on the day of delivery.

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 
Within 48 hours, we will provide you with your tracking number and courier website to track your order.
